Di Lucci was born with the love for music within. It was on the age of 12 (1992) that he started his radio-career on radio Hoepertingen. In 1984 he made the transition to radio Baccara, the biggest radio station in Haspengouw at that time. After 10 years he was forced to quit with radio, due to a decrease of bookings for DJ-sets in cafés and on party's. Di Lucci played almost in every hall of Southern Limburg. Also, he performed many dj-sets in cafés like : De Bink (Sint-Truiden), The Pub (Sint-Truiden), Peanuts (Sint-Truiden), Nostalgia (Sint-Truiden), The Nuts (Bilzen), Casino (Bilzen), Jantje's Verjaardag (Bilzen), Lime (Heers), Mac-Billy's(Heers), MGM (Leuven), Rodin's(Leuven), Vibes(Zonhoven), Tropical(Zonhoven) ...

After 10 years of party's and cafés, the dancings rised. He played in Montini (Sint-Truiden), Monty (Alken), Carte-Blance (Weert, NL), Fuel (Tienen), O-zone (Tongeren) ...

Meanwhile he's been resident-DJ for 16 years at dancing Mac-Queen in Borgloon.

Di Lucci himself describes his style as allround. Every kind of music is allowed. As long as the concept “party” and the revelry of the people stays at the center of the evening.

De liefde voor muziek kriebelde al heel vroeg in het lijf van Di Lucci. Reeds op zijn twaalfde jaar (1982) startte hij een radiocarrière op Radio Hoepertingen. In 1984 maakte hij de overstap naar Radio Baccara, destijds het grootste radiostation van Haspengouw. Na tien jaar moest Di Lucci het radiowerk opgeven door een groeiende vraag naar DJ-sets in cafés en voor fuiven.

Zo heeft Di Lucci zowat alle zalen van Zuid-Limburg aangedaan, om de partybeesten te plezieren. Ondertussen is hij reeds zestien jaar resident in dancing Mac Queen te Borgloon.

Di Lucci omschrijft zijn draaistijl zelf als all-round. Alle genres kunnen aan bod komen, zolang het begrip 'party' en de feestvreugde van het publiek maar centraal staan.

Di Lucci's liefde voor muziek wordt ook vertaald in z'n eigen songs.  Zijn twee bekendste projecten zijn Di Lucci feat. Jason en DJ Di Lucci. De stijl is zowel jump-trance als groove.
